Clinical signs of keratoconus eye disease

1. Rizzulis Sign: Conical Reflection of nasal
cornea when light is shown temporarily.

Munson signsAngulation on lower lids on down gaze. This ia sign of advanced Keratoconus.
3.Fleischer’s: Iron deposits within epithelial layers. The iron come sfrom tears and gets accumulated a the junction of normal and steep cornea or the base of the cone.

4.Hydrops:Spontaneous tears of descemet's membrane leads to hydrops or accumulation of water in cornea.
5.Scisscor Reflex: During retinoscopy the single parallel beam of light breaks into two, like the blades of scissors.
6.Oil droplet sign of Charleux
7. Vogts lines: fine and roughly parallel lines of stress of stroma of the cornea
